Transform Your Data with Ease for Any System
With our Google Sheets integration, your raw enrollment data syncs instantly to a Google Sheet in real time, ready to use as-is or transform into the exact format your systems need. You can also resync up to two school years of data anytime.

The data transformation workflow is simple:
  • RawData > Transform > MyView.
  • Your raw data (like First Name, Last Name, Emails) flows into the RawData sheet, shareable with staff like any Google Sheet, and updates live as new data enters the Integrity6 system.
  • With Transform Tools, you can reshape this data into a MyView sheet that matches your CRM, SIS, or other system’s needs with no coding, just simple configurations entered into a Google Sheet.
  • For example, if your CRM needs a single column called “Student Name” with the full name (First, Middle, Last) in one cell, you can easily transform it with C for combine: C"First Name" "Middle Name" "Last Name">"Student Name".
  • This merges the three name fields into one cell in MyView, labeled “Student Name,” ready to download or share as a CSV for systems like Salesforce or PowerSchool. Transform Tools makes it easy to shape your data for your specific needs. If your  Salesforce or PowerShool system changes its format, just tweak the settings, no coding needed.

Transform Tools handles almost any data formatting need, but it’s built to grow. If you need a new way to format data (like phone numbers or dates), let us know, and we’ll add it. Get clean, system-ready data in minutes and focus on what matters, your students!

​Things You Can Do with Transform Tools:
  • Split comma-separated data: Break a cell with commas into multiple columns in MyView (up to 6 columns, or 3 by default), and optionally rename the columns to match your system. Example: Turn “[email protected],[email protected],email3” into three columns, “[email protected],” “[email protected],” “email3,” named “Emails 1,” “Emails 2,” “Emails 3” with S>"Emails". Or use S2>"Parent Email" for two columns, “Parent Email 1” and “Parent Email 2.”
  • Remove unwanted text: Strip out specific characters or words from any cell, and optionally rename the column to match your system. Example: Remove “|0*” from “Science and Technology Offerings|0*” to get “Science and Technology Offerings,” named “Interests” with R|0*>"Interests". Or use R|0* to keep the default “Interests” name.
  • Find and replace text: Swap out text in any cell with something else, and optionally rename the column to match your system. Example: Change “26” to “2026” in “2025/26” to get “2025/2026,” named “School Year” with F"26""2026">"School Year". Or use F"26""2026" to keep the default “School Year” name.
  • Combine multiple cells: Merge data from several RawData cells into one MyView cell, choosing how it’s joined (no space, a space, or a comma and space), and optionally rename the column to match your system. Example: Combine “Jonah” (First Name), “Michael” (Middle Name), and “Smith” (Last Name) into “Jonah Michael Smith,” named “Student Name” with C"First Name" "Middle Name" "Last Name">"Student Name". Or use C"First Name","Last Name" for “Jonah, Smith” with the default “First Name” name.
  • Copy data as-is: Move data from RawData to MyView without changing it, and optionally rename the column to match your system. Example: Copy “12345” from a RawData “Student ID” column to MyView, named “Student ID” with N>"Student ID". Or use N to keep the default “Student ID” name. Rename “First Name” to “Applicant Name” with N>"Applicant Name".
  • Rename columns when needed: Add >"new name" to any transform to change the MyView column name, or skip it to use the default name from RawData (or the first field for combined cells). Example: Use C"City" "State">"Location" to combine “Torrance” and “Maine” into “Torrance Maine,” named “Location.” Or use C"City" "State" to keep the default “City” name.
